Ingredients for Norwegian sprats sandwich:

  • Pickled cucumber (crispy gherkins TM "6 hundred") - 70 g
  • Cream cheese - 100 g
  • Sprats - 6 pcs
  • Red onion (small) - 1 pc
  • Egg yolk (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Radish - 3 pcs
  • Bread (Borodinsky) - 3 slices.

How to cook Norwegian Sprats Sandwich step by step with photos

Prepare the foods.

Pour 1 tablespoon of water into a saucepan and add melted cheese slices. Put on the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to a smooth consistency.

Finely chop the gherkins, add them to the melted cheese and stir to combine.

Spread the cheese and pickles on the bread.

Put 2 sprats on each side of the sandwich.

Cover the sprats with onion rings. Put crumbled egg yolk in the rings. Place thinly sliced radishes on the other side. Garnish with green onions.

Sandwiches Ready! And how good it tastes with beer!)))
