Norwegian Sprats Sandwich

A sandwich classic - how can it not taste good?? An unusual sandwich for me, both in taste and composition, but how delicious it is! And what a godsend for beer accompaniment?))) Taste?
I am not a fan of sprats at all))
Ingredients for Norwegian sprats sandwich:

How to cook Norwegian Sprats Sandwich step by step with photos

Prepare the foods. |

Pour 1 tablespoon of water into a saucepan and add melted cheese slices.
Put on the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to a smooth consistency. |

Finely chop the gherkins, add them to the melted cheese and stir to combine. |
|
Spread the cheese and pickles on the bread. |
|
Put 2 sprats on each side of the sandwich. |
|
Cover the sprats with onion rings.
Put crumbled egg yolk in the rings.
Place thinly sliced radishes on the other side.
Garnish with green onions. |
