Ingredients for Hot Sandwiches "Hearty":


  • Bread (You can substitute with rolls or baguette.) - 4 slices.
  • Chicken Egg (Boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Salted cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Cutlet - 4 pcs
  • Butter - 40 g
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Green onion - 0.5 bunch.

How to cook hot sandwiches "hearty" step by step with photos


Finely chop boiled eggs.

Shred the salted cucumbers into small cubes too.

Combine eggs, cucumbers and mayonnaise in a bowl. Salt and pepper if necessary.

Grease bread with butter.

Spread the cutlets on the bread. You can also use chops, or cooked or amateur sausage instead of the cutlets.

Put egg-cucumber mixture on top of the cutlets.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Put in heated up to 200 degrees in the oven for 7 minutes, until the cheese melts. Sprinkle the finished sandwiches with finely chopped green onions. It is better to eat warm.
