I came home from work today and I'm thinking, what can I please myself with today, simple and nourishing at the same time?. And in order not to stand at the stove for a long time. I decided to make these sandwiches from the products I have in the fridge.

Ingredients for the sandwich "Nourishing":


  • Mayonnaise
  • Egg yolk (boiled)
  • Butter
  • Ham (or cooked sausage)
  • Bun
  • Hard cheese
  • Salt
  • Tomato
  • Garlic

How to cook sandwich "hearty" step by step with photos


Take a bun and cut it, separating the top

Spread lightly with butter

Put a ham or sausage on top

Put a tomato slice on top of the ham

Finely chop the garlic, mash the egg yolk with a fork and mix with the garlic and mayonnaise

Spread the egg yolk mixture on the tomato

Grate the cheese on the grater

Sprinkle grated cheese all over the sandwich and put it in the microwave for half a minute to make the cheese melt. It is good to sprinkle with greens, but I did not have them. Here is such a quick and filling dinner. Enjoy!!
