Preparing the ingredients we need for the omelet. I will use the rye breads TM Generous. Crack an egg in a bowl, grate a piece of zucchini, mix, salt to taste and pepper to taste and desire. If children eat it, don't pepper it. Use a teaspoon to spread the mixture on the bread. (see. Don't put it too thick! Enough of this mixture for 4 loaves. |

Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil and put the breads, sharply turning them over, with the mixture on the pan. The egg mixture won't fall off anywhere! Just fry it for a couple of minutes. ♪ The omelet sandwiches are ready ♪. I'll top the sandwiches with a boiled chicken breast. That's optional. You can eat them without anything else. |
