How to cook onion sandwiches "one-two-three!" step by step with photos

You'll always have these in the kitchen. A loaf of bread (it tastes the best with it), an egg, onion and salt.

Slice the loaf. I usually don't make it more than a centimeter thick.

Beat the egg and salt. Finely chop the onion and mix with the egg.

Put it on the slice of bread.

Put these sandwiches on a hot pan with sunflower oil (stuffing side down). And fry until golden. It takes no more than two minutes.

Turn them over and fry on the second side for about a minute. Done!
