Ingredients for favorite sandwiches:


  • Ground beef (I have turkey, but you can also use chicken and lean pork) - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Onions - 0.5 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoon
  • Salt (pepper, spices) - to taste
  • Baton

How to cook favorite sandwiches step by step with photos


Place stuffing in a bowl, grate cheese, mince onion, crush garlic, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and mix.

Heat a frying pan without oil. Put the slices of bread in it. Wait until the bread is slightly browned, take it off and spoon the filling out evenly on the browned side.

Pour some vegetable oil on a hot griddle. Put our sandwiches on it. Cover with a lid. They fry for a few minutes "♪ on the side of the bread ♪", then flip them over and fry them "on the stuffing side" until "crispy" .
