  • Potatoes (if large, 1 is enough) - 3-4 pcs
  • Sausage - 200 g
  • Chicken egg (large, if small 2) - 1 pc
  • Baton - 1 pc

How to cook sandwiches "favorites" step by step with photos


Prepare the necessary ingredients. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeezing out the extra juice with your hands. Sausage (of all the sausages we've tried, we prefer "Kremlin Serovalt") We cut it into small cubes. Slice baton the same way we would slice croutons. Mix potatoes, eggs, sausage with a fork until smooth (you can also add some finely grated carrot or finely chopped onion-it's up to your taste-experiment)

Using a fork put a lot of butter on slices of a loaf and quickly turn it on the heated buttered griddle. (The first may turn out to be a bit thick, but you will get used to it later). Cover with lid for 1.5-2 minutes. Once uncovered, roast until potatoes are golden. Turn the potatoes over and fry on the other side for 30 seconds.
