  • Pâté (Any kind, I use homemade poultry, 250 grams.) - 1 jar.
  • Green onions - 2 bunch.
  • Dill - 1 pouch.
  • Yogurt (Unadulterated drinkable natural yogurt. If you don't have yogurt, use kefir or ryazhenka.) - 100 g
  • Salt - to taste

Gather all our ingredients in one place. Wash onion and dill, then dry. If you use ryazhenka, it tastes a little different, But it is very tasty, too. For those who like cilantro, you can also add it, but it interferes with the flavor, so you decide "to be or not to be".

Put the pâté into a bowl in which it will be convenient to stir and pour out the yogurt.

Chop fine onions and dill and add them to the pâté and yogurt.

We mix it all well and get such a mass, that's what we get. If you think that it's too thick, add more yogurt and salt to taste. If you like it a little hot, you can add garlic or red pepper. I didn't. Mine don't really like it.

We spread it on a loaf or bread, pour a glass of kvass and enjoy!

And we put what's left in a jar and put it in the fridge.

And in the evening again we take out the kvass from the fridge, the can with pate and make a couple more sandwiches for the final of European Football Championship.
