  • Garlic (head) - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g
  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc
  • Sausage (smoked) - 150 g
  • Greens (for decoration)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Hard cheese - 100 g

How to cook pavlovski sandwiches step by step with photos


Slice a baguette into 1 cm thick slices.

Fry on a frying pan with a pinch of sunflower oil.

Turn over and fry the other side.

Peel the garlic.

Crush garlic in a garlic masher.

Add mayonnaise.

These croutons should look like this.

Put some mayonnaise on the croutons.

Slice a tomato and sausage.
