Ingredients for Peasant Toast:


  • Beans (green beans, you can replace them with asparagus - but that's very cool!!) - 200 g
  • Baton - 4 slice.
  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese (Leave 4 rectangular or square slices, grate the rest) - 50 g
  • Basil (dried)
  • Ground beef (mixed or beef) - 400 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoon
  • Parsley (fresh)
  • Spit (preferably smoked, but you can also just salted and seasoned lard) - 4 slices.
  • Soy sauce
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook toast peasant step by step with photos


Preparing. Boil the beans in salted water for about 5 minutes. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven. Slice the tomatoes into rounds, removing the base of the stalks. Mix minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Make 4 flat patties from the minced meat and fry them in vegetable oil on each side for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle slices of bread with cheese and season with dried basil. Place tomatoes on the bread.

Place a slice of bacon on each slice of cheese. Divide the beans into 4 portions and arrange on the bacon. Wrap the beans in the cheese.

Place the patty on top of the tomato and drizzle a little soy sauce over it. Then put the beans on the cutlet, topped with the cheese. Pinch the whole thing with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.

Put our sandwich in a preheated oven at 200 degrees to melt the cheese. Just before serving, take out the skewers. Enjoy!!!
