Ingredients for pesto sandwiches:

  • Garlic - 1 pc
  • Parmesan - 1/4 glass
  • Pine nuts - 1 tablespoon
  • Basil - 1 glass
  • Sweet-scented pepper
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoon
  • Sweet pepper (red) - 1 pc
  • Mozzarella
  • Bread
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon

How to cook pesto sandwiches step by step with photos

Chop the garlic and mince with the parmesan in a food processor.

Add the pine nuts and chop together until crumbly.

Add basil and 3 tablespoon of olive oil and chop the mixture until smooth.

Mix 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of milk.

Cut bread into 1 slice.Coat both sides with butter and milk and grill lightly on a grill pan. If you don't have a grill pan, you can use a toaster oven.

Put bell peppers on a baking tray lined with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Remove when the skin is wrinkled. Let cool, remove peel and remove seeds.

Cut peppers into long thin slices and mozzarella into slices.

Spread pesto on slices of bread, then put pepper slices and mozzarella on top. Put them in the oven for 3 minutes.

Sandwiches are done!
