How to cook pizza sandwich in 10 minutes step by step with photos

First of all, I want to tell you the story of how I got this recipe. Just yesterday, in one of my local Canadian Facebook groups, my wife and I saw a post: "Hello, everyone! I am new in your group. My name is Ivan. I live in. Vancouver. I used to be a chef, but now I don't have a job. I've started recording videos and I'd like to share my creativity..." etc... In general, went to YouTube, watched a couple of recipes and immediately signed up!!! I was struck by how much positive comes from Ivan, liked the cool way of presenting recipes and recipes themselves... The channel is called "At Vanya's house", Who would like to subscribe, just yesterday I noticed more than a hundred and fifty subscriptions... This is not advertising a third-party resource, these channels will greatly enrich and add to the piggy bank of recipes on our site! Well, in order to avoid plagiarism, you should only indicate the source. Now let's move on to the recipe. It's fast, so the first thing we'll do is to prepare all the necessary products. Onion is cut into half rings, a tomato into small squares.

Warm up a pan with a little oil, put the onion and fry it for about ten to twenty seconds. Then add the tomatoes and stew for a minute and a half.

Then we add a tablespoon of tomato paste, mix it well and stew for a minute and a half. Then add our herbs, salt, pepper, dried garlic and stir, stew for a couple of seconds, add water and stir again. Stew for two or three minutes.

And while it's stewing, let's do the second and final part... Line a baking tray with parchment paper, cut the baguette into four pieces and cut it in half lengthwise to make eight slices, put it on the tray. Take our sauce off the fire and pour it hot on the baguette. Then we put a big part of cheese on top, press it with a knife to the baguette, so that the next layer would lie down evenly. It's better to take a thin and long baguette - in this way it looks more interesting in the ready state, the bread layer is thinner, and hence there is a more soaked juicy crumb. I wasn't lucky with the thin one at the moment, so I had to buy a short and thick one...

Then we put olives, sausage or frankfurters on them, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese all over. Put it in the oven heated to two hundred degrees for three to five minutes, or the cheese will melt completely.

I took it out in five minutes. I had a problem with the cheese - I had some Polish cheese in the fridge, so I mixed it with some Pecorino Romano and they were both a bit stiff... The appearance suffered, but to my delight it did not affect the taste!!!

We put our pizza batter out on a tray and let it cool for a minute or two. I got the big ones, a fork and knife just for size comparison.
