Very easy to prepare, versatile hot snack, also perfect for breakfast. Kids love it, they gobble it up in their mouths :-) I have made this recipe for breakfast many times and I have never had any complaints except for the positive feedback!!

Ingredients for sandwiches "pizzelles":

  • Baton (sliced) - 9 slices.
  • Mayonnaise (light) - 50 g
  • Greens (to taste, the sandwiches will be more fragrant) - 50 g
  • Hard cheese (grate it on a grater) - 150 g
  • Sausage (cooked, you can use ham, c/k sausage, c/k, but with boiled sausage dish is more delicate) - 200 g
  • Tomato - 0,5 pcs

How to cook sandwiches "pizza sandwiches" step by step with photos

Finely chop half a tomato.

Finely dice the sausage.

Shred cheese on a grater, add mayonnaise and mix all ingredients, Add chopped greens if desired. Do not add a lot of cheese, as it will melt while baking and spread on the baking tray, the resulting mass should be "a little dry" and should not spill out.

Fill the slices of loaf with this mass and put it to bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 15 minutes.

When ready the sandwiches are covered with a ruddy crust, have a nice meal!!!
