For the dough

  • Wheat flour / Flour - 250 g
  • Water (warm) - 150 ml
  • Yeast (dry) - 2/3 teaspoon
  • Food coloring (activated charcoal tablets) - 3 pcs
  • Olive oil - 40 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

For the filling

  • Soft cheese (Feta) - 150 g
  • Mayonnaise (Maheev) - 20 g
  • Red caviar - 100 g

How to cook pizzettes step by step with photos


For the dough: Grind 3 pieces of activated charcoal with a couple spoonfuls of flour in a coffee grinder.

Boil the yeast in warm water.

Sift flour and mix with the activated charcoal mixture, add salt and add to the water with the yeast.

While kneading the dough, add 30 ml of olive oil. Form the dough into a ball, brush the surface with the remaining oil and place in a bowl.

Cover the dough with clingfilm and leave to ferment for 1 hour. It should double in size.

When ready, place the dough on a work surface and divide it into 10-12 pieces.

Give each piece an oblong shape by rolling it in between the palms of your hands. Then flatten into a flat pastry.

Place the pieces on a buttered baking tray. Let them harden a little. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.

Allow the buns to cool.

Meanwhile prepare stuffing. Cheese "Feta" Break it into pieces, add mayonnaise from TM "Maheev".

Whisk well with a blender until homogeneous.

Spoon a tablespoon of mayonnaise-cheese mixture on cooled buns. Spoon a dessert spoonful of caviar on top. The appetizer is ready, you can serve it!
