  • Tuna - 1 can.
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Red onion - 1/4 pc
  • Petiole celery - 1 twig.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Baguette

How to cook Portuguese bruschetta step by step with photos


For appetizers, it's better to use tuna fillets I have a small can of 180g

Use a fork to crush the tuna into fibers. Finely chop cucumbers and celery.

Finely chop red onion as well. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, season to taste. Stir together.

Slice the baguette and toast it in a pan or a toaster. Spread appetizer on a crusty baguette and serve.
