  • Baton (bread can be bread) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Seasoning (Black pepper, nutmeg, dried basil, mild curry, salt, sugar) - to taste
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs
  • Onion (medium) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1-2 clove
  • Sunflower oil (Oleina)
  • Mayonnaise (Provençal) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook potato sandwich step by step with photos


Ingredients.

Take potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Squeeze out the liquid and starch to make it a little dry. Then grate onion, carrots, garlic. We add 1 chicken egg, pepper, curry, salt and nutmeg to taste. (The main thing is not to add too much nutmeg.) Stir everything.

Now let's make the batter. Take the remaining 3 eggs, add salt, basil (in this case I substituted flavored chicken seasoning "MIVINE"), a spoonful of mayonnaise, a pinch of sugar and whisk.

The next step - take a slice of sliced loaf and dip it one side into the batter (pre-put a pan with oil on the heat)

On the other, dry side, spoon the potato mixture.

Place potatoes on the side of the pan.

After 1-1,5 minutes turn on the other side

After 1-1.5 minutes put them on the plate! ENJOY!!
