Potato sandwiches

Everyone's favorite combination of potatoes and vegetables. Very hearty. Most importantly, fast!!!
Great for breakfast/dinner and... I'll tell you about it below)))
Ingredients for Potato Sandwiches:

Bread
(loaf)

8...10 slices.

Potatoes

2...3 pcs

Salt
-
Mayonnaise
-
Tomato
-
Cucumber
-
Greens
How to cook potato sandwiches step by step with photos

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Salt. You can put pepper on it.
Stir. |

Spread them out little by little on the bread slices |
|
Fry potatoes on medium heat in vegetable oil with potatoes face down until golden brown. It takes 3 to 5 minutes. |
|
Turn them over and fry on the other side for another minute. |
|
Put them on a plate.
Put a little mayonnaise on it. |
|
Put cucumbers/tomatoes on top. |
|
Sprinkle with greens. |
