Ingredients for Potato Sandwiches:


  • Bread (loaf) - 8...10 slices.
  • Potatoes - 2...3 pcs
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Greens

How to cook potato sandwiches step by step with photos


Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Salt. You can put pepper on it. Stir.

Spread them out little by little on the bread slices

Fry potatoes on medium heat in vegetable oil with potatoes face down until golden brown. It takes 3 to 5 minutes.

Turn them over and fry on the other side for another minute.

Put them on a plate. Put a little mayonnaise on it.

Put cucumbers/tomatoes on top.

Sprinkle with greens.
