  • Potatoes (large) - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Cream cheese - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground - to taste)
  • Bread - 8 slices.
  • Ketchup (sauce)
  • Mayonnaise (sauce)
  • Garlic (sauce)
  • Greens (sauce)

How to cook potato croutons step by step with photos


Grate potatoes, cheese, onions. Mix potatoes, onion, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.

Cut the bread into slices - better if you use toasted bread.

Put it on slices of bread.

Place the sandwiches, potatoes side down, in the heated frying pan. Once the potatoes are browned, flip them over to the other side and fry until golden.

Spread sauce on sandwiches and garnish with tomatoes and greens.
