Pumpkin and mushroom toast

Ingredients for Pumpkin and Mushroom Toast

How to cook pumpkin and mushroom toast step by step with photos

Roll pumpkin in flour and cut into small cubes. Fry pumpkin on a frying pan with heated oil until half-ready. |

Slice mushrooms into slices. |
|
Add mushrooms to roast pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper. |
|
Add sour cream and stew for a few minutes until the pumpkin is tender. |
|
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the bread into equal slices. And put it in the oven to dry for 6 minutes. |

Put the stuffing on the ready toast. Bake all together for 10 minutes. |
