  • Pumpkin - 250 g
  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Bread (rye or bran) - 6 slices.
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil
  • Wheat flour / Flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook pumpkin and mushroom toast step by step with photos

Roll pumpkin in flour and cut into small cubes. Fry pumpkin on a frying pan with heated oil until half-ready.

Slice mushrooms into slices.

Add mushrooms to roast pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper.

Add sour cream and stew for a few minutes until the pumpkin is tender.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the bread into equal slices. And put it in the oven to dry for 6 minutes.

Put the stuffing on the ready toast. Bake all together for 10 minutes.
