I made my favorite breakfast sandwiches again today. I wanted to add to the photo report and... I was surprised that such an easy recipe is not on Povarenka! Decided to fix it (this is my first recipe). P.S. I searched the ingredient list, if I missed it, I'll delete the recipe.

  • Adygee Cheese - 200 g
  • Chicken egg (large or 2 small) - 1 pc
  • Greens (dill, parsley) - 1/2 bunch.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion (small, optional) - 1 pc
  • Bread (baguette) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook sandwiches "quick breakfast" step by step with photos

Crumble Adygean cheese with a fork. Add raw egg, chopped greens (I have frozen dill this time), salt to taste. Those who like onions can add chopped onions. Stir well.

Spread the mixture on bread (baguette is better).

Put the sandwiches, buttered side first, on a hot griddle greased with oil. Fry until golden, then turn them over and fry a minute or two more. P.S. I made 16 small sandwiches with the listed amount.
