Ingredients for quick breakfast sandwiches:


  • Breads (Borodino breads TM Generous) - 3 units
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Sausage (I have "Doktorskaya", or sausage or ham) - 1 slice.
  • Hard cheese (it is important that the cheese is of good quality and melted, I have Poshehonsky) - 20 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Red hot pepper (optional) - 1 pinch.
  • Butter (butter is best, can be replaced with vegetable oil) - 20 g

How to cook fast breakfast sandwiches step by step with photos


Crack an egg into a bowl. Salt and pepper it to taste, and do not forget that we are going to add some more cheese and sausage. They also have salt in them. If you have children or anyone who doesn't eat spicy food, don't pepper it. Pepper your plate if you like. Stir in the egg with a fork.

Chop the sausage finely. I've got.. "Doctor's ". You can have sausage or ham... Add it to the egg and mix it.

Grate cheese on a medium sized grater. Then put it in the bowl with the egg and the sausage.

Stir. For the sandwiches I'll use borodino breads TM Generous. We can have both rye and buckwheat...

I will fry the sandwiches in a pancake pan. It's a D-24 cm. Warm it up and melt the butter. Over the pan with a teaspoon we put the mixture on the loaf. Immediately turn the loaf with the content closer to the plane of the pan. Nothing will fall off the breadbread, the egg and the cheese and the sausage. We put 3 loaves of bread in the pan and the spread was enough for all of them. We fried it for a couple of minutes. I should say at once that it tastes better in butter. You can use any vegetable oil you like.

Remove from the frying pan on a plate and serve the sandwiches hot.

Eat for breakfast or a snack!
