  • Ground meat - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Bread (or bread rolls)
  • Spices (salt, pepper, spices - to taste)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Onion (small) - 1 pc

How to cook hot sandwiches "quick" step by step with photos


Mix stuffing with finely chopped onion, 1 egg, add salt, pepper, spices (optional). Slice bread and spread stuffing on each slice.

Whisk second egg. Dip each slice of bread with minced meat into the egg. Put stuffing side down on a hot griddle with oil and fry for 5-7 minutes (until stuffing is ready), then flip and fry the bread.
