Cottage cheese

  • Milk - 1 l
  • Starter (Bacterial starter TM OURSSON.) - 1 piece

Sourdough

  • Radish (white medium size) - 1 pc
  • Sweet pepper - 0.5 pc
  • Cheese cheese - 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 0.1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (Preferably unrefined) - 1 tablepoon
  • Greens (Dill, parsley, spring onions, coriander, watercress.... Any greens you have in stock.) - 0.5 bunch.

How to cook radish and cottage cheese sandwich spread step by step with photos


Peel radishes, grate them on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Peel and peel the bell peppers, cut them into small cubes and add to the radishes.

Crush the garlic, add it with salt and herbs to the radish and pepper.

Mix the mixture with the cottage cheese, add butter and stir.

For the spread we need cottage cheese. We make it from milk with the addition of bacterial starter TM Oursson. For this we boil 1 l of milk and cool it to room temperature. Then add bacterial sourdough, mix thoroughly and place in a special thermos for 6-10 hours. After a while we take a container out of a thermos and see a solid mass. Using a knife we cut the mass into cubes about 1.5*1.5 cm. Heat this mass in a water bath for 10-15 minutes. Then pan the mass onto double folded gauze and let the whey run off. The mass can be put under a burden or hung up.

This is how great the crumbly curd is and how delicious it is.
