Radish Butter Toast

How to cook radish butter toast step by step with photos

Grate radishes on coarse grater, place on paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Chop the dill.
Mix the dill and shredded radishes with the melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. |

Preheat oven to 190°C. Cut the baguette into slices of medium thickness, brush lightly with oil, put it on a baking tray and bake for a few minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Spread butter and radish on toasts.
