Salad "Full Jazz". Recipe from magazine "Our Kitchen", surprised me a lot at first - you bet, roasted radishes... But I took a chance and didn't lose, it's very tasty!!! The author, however, writes that it tastes like crab meat. I can't make that analogy, just delicious light sandwiches!

Ingredients for Sandwich Salad with Roasted Radish:


  • Radish - 8 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Bread - 2 slices.
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Mayonnaise (just a little bit)

How to cook fried radish sandwich step by step with photos


Cut radish into slices.

Heat the oil in a pan and put the radishes on.

Cut onion into half rings and add to the radishes. Fry for 5-10 minutes, salt and pepper.

Fry slices of bread in another pan.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the fried slices...

Spread radish and onion mixture on them and devour rapidly!
