  • Bread (2 slices of white bread, you can take any kind) - 2 slices.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Pear - 1 pc
  • Berry sauce (lingonberry sauce "d`arbo") - 2 tablespoon
  • Blue cheese (cheese "Roquefort") - 80 g

How to cook toast "Roquefort" step by step with photos


Toast the bread in a toaster or, like me, in a dry pan until nicely golden.

Glaze the toast with butter.

Wash the pear, cut out the middle. Fill the hollow with lingonberry sauce.

Put a pear on buttered toast, top with 1-2 slices of Roquefort cheese and put everything in the microwave.

Heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

You want it with coffee, you want it with tea, whatever you like. You have to try it. It's insanely delicious!
