  • Potatoes - 150 g
  • Greens (green onions, dill) - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

  • Tomato - to taste
  • Sweet pepper - to taste
  • Radish - to taste
  • Dill - to taste

Variant 2

  • Herring (lightly salted, fillet) - to taste
  • Onions - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Mint - to taste

Variant 3

  • Sausage (smoked) - by taste
  • Green olives - to taste
  • Green onions - to taste

How to cook sandwiches "Russian feast" step by step with photos


Crush boiled potatoes with a fork.

Add cream cheese, chopped greens, mix.

Prepare vegetables and herbs, wash and dry. Toast the bread slices.

To assemble sandwiches. Variant 1, vegetable. Spread generously the potato-cheese mixture on the slices of bread, put strips of pepper and tomato and rings of radish on it, press a little. Decorate with sprigs of dill. Salt to taste.

Variant 2, with herring. Spread the potato-cheese mixture generously on the slices of bread, put slices of herring fillet and rings of onions on it. Decorate with green onions.

Variant 3, with sausage. Spread a lot of potato-cheese mixture on the slices of bread, put smoked sausage slices on it and olive rings.

Decorate with greens.

Serve.
