  • Bread (gray bread) - 80 g
  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 80 g
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Capers - 1 tablepoon
  • Cheese curd (Hochland for cooking) - 2 tablespoon
  • Dill - to taste
  • Butter - to taste
  • Olive oil - to taste

How to cook bruschetta with salmon and cottage cheese step by step with photos


Fry bread on a mix of butter and olive oil. Let cool. Then spread a thick layer of cottage cheese.

Slice salmon into thin slices, gently roll up and spread on top of the cheese.

Boil egg for 7 minutes, cool and cut into 4 portions. Then arrange on top of the salmon.

Garnish the bruschetta with capers, dill and herbs.
