I just got back from vacation where I brought this recipe. Every day for breakfast I used to take these sandwiches with different toppings, and I liked them best with fish! Just the other day we tried them out - very tasty, filling and original! While the meat was grilling, all the sandwiches were gone.

Let's make the stuffing first. Slice the fish into small pieces.

Marinate the fish in 2 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil (ideally sesame oil).

Let the fish sit for a few hours. You can fry the fish for 1-2 minutes to speed up the process, but I didn't do that and just marinated it for longer.

Cut slices of white bread into circles. Toast in the oven or fry in a pan.

On slices of bread we place a piece of fish.

Now we make poached eggs. Basically, it's not that hard. Eggs must be very fresh. It is convenient to break each egg into a separate bowl, this will speed up the process.

In a pot bring about 2 liters of water to a boil, lower the heat, add the vinegar. The water should not boil, otherwise the egg white will flake.

Pour one egg at a time into the water, grabbing two tablespoons of egg white, pressing it to the yolk, so that the egg retains its shape.

Cook the eggs for 2 to 4 minutes. Depending on what consistency of yolk you want to get. But the egg whites need to harden. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon. Trim the egg white flakes around the edges for beauty.

Spread the egg on our sandwich and serve. Delicious both hot and cold.

Enjoy!!
