How to cook salmon and poached egg sandwich step by step with photos


1) Toast the slice of bread in the oven. Meanwhile prepare the salad: chop tomato, parsley, mix and add spices to taste (for example, French herbs), pepper and dress with olive oil.

2) Prepare the poached eggs. For this scramble them gently right into the boiling water.

3) Start assembling the sandwich. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread, then put sliced smoked salmon, a side of salad and top with poached eggs. There you go! A delicious and nutritious breakfast is ready! :) Boris
