Sandwich curd mass with tarragon

Ingredients for Tarragon and cottage cheese sandwich
- Cottage cheese - 200 g

- Dressing (Maggi for rassolnik) - 1 tablespoon
- Sausage (Serovelat, can be boiled or smoked chicken) - 5 slices.
- Dill - 1 bunch.
- Estragon - 1 bunch.
How to cook sandwich curd mass with tarragon step by step with photos
Finely chop the sausage and herbs. Important: cut the tarragon leaves only, don't take the sprigs.
Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, sausage and herbs.
Add Muggy's rassol soup dressing.
Stir to mix!
