For the salad

  • Bell pepper - 0.25 pcs
  • Petiole celery - 1 pc
  • Cherry tomatoes (or a regular tomato, preferably fleshy) - 5 pcs
  • Chicken (boiled) - 50 g
  • Green onions (chopped) - 1 tablepoon
  • Dill (chopped or parsley) - 1 tablespoon
  • chili pepper (2 to 3 cm of seedless pod) - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise (to taste, homemade or store-bought) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper (to taste, freshly ground) - 1 pinch.

For sandwiches

  • Breads (TM Generous Thin Rye) - 6 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs

How to cook sandwich on bread with salad step by step with photos

To put the lettuce on the bread or bread, you need to chop all the ingredients very finely. The tomatoes need to be fleshy, or just remove the juicy center, or the salad will be watery. We don't want that. Slice bell peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes, boiled chicken, green onions, and dill very finely. Cut off a piece of chili pepper and remove seeds from it, very thinly slice it. If there will be children, do not put the chili pepper. Fill with mayonnaise. Any homemade mayonnaise or store one. It's not important. Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sandwiches I will use the rye breads thin TM Generous. You can use other breads of the same brand. Mix the salad well.

For sandwiches we need to boil hard boiled eggs. Cut them into slices and put on top of the sandwich to serve. I'll slice the eggs beautifully into hearts. To do this, put the boiled egg in cold water, peel it, and while it is still warm, put it on a clean cardboard, folded in half. Press gently in the center with either a pencil or a sushi stick, so that the protein is crushed but not torn. Press lightly. Hold for a minute. Then slice the egg crosswise. You'll have beautiful hearts.
