  • Baton
  • Potatoes (raw) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (raw) - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook potato lovers sandwiches step by step with photos


Peel and grate potatoes with a fine grater, then drain away the juice.

Mix with salt and egg.

Cut the loaf into 1.5 cm thick slices and spread the mixture on them. Heat a griddle with oil and put our slices with greased side down. Fry on one side only.

I like them hot, but they are good cold, too.
