Ingredients for salted pink salmon and radish sandwiches:

  • Pink salmon (lightly salted homemade) - 150 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Radish - 50 g
  • Bread ("Borodinsky") - 120 g
  • Dill (for decoration) - to taste
  • Green onions (for decoration) - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook salty pink salmon and radish sandwiches step by step with photos

Peel 150g of lightly salted wild pink salmon from bones and skin. In blender whisk 100g butter and lightly salted pink salmon until smooth.

Wash and dry 50g of radish and grate on a fine grater.

Add grated radish to the mixture and whisk again. Taste and season with salt as needed.

"Borodino" Cut the bread into medium slices using a mould. In a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the bread on one side only.

Using a piping bag, decorate the fried side of the bread, garnishing with finely sliced radishes, scallions and dill. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
