Another important ingredient in this sea fish is heart-healthy coenzyme Q10. #The fish has large pieces, from which it is fast and easy to prepare cold appetizers, soups, they can be served as a supplement to a single dish.

How to cook sardine appetizer step by step with photos

Prepare ingredients:

Finely dice the onion, apple, egg on a medium grater, squeeze the sardine with a fork, squeeze the juice of the lemon, grate the zest on a fine grater, add a little mayonnaise.

Mix everything; a very tender and airy snack or salad is made of sardine.

You can serve it as a salad, in a bowl, but I like it as an appetizer.

Serve a thicker layer on a loaf of my own rye flour or on bread!)

Don't forget to serve your dishes beautifully!

I baked it for sandwiches from rye flour.

Enjoy your meal!
