Ingredients for sardinella spread:

  • Canned Fish (sardinella) - 240 g
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
  • Cream (10%) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (light TM Kikkoman ) - 1 tablespoon
  • Beets (boiled, grated on coarse grater) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Sweet pepper (finely chopped) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Carrots (Korean as desired) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 1,5 tablespoon
  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc
  • Bread - 6 slices.

How to cook sardinella spread step by step with photos

Drain the liquid from the jar.

Place the tinned beef in a bowl and knead with a fork.

Add melted butter.

Pour in cream,

soy sauce,

Stir in cream cheese.

Divide the mixture into three parts,

Add finely chopped spring onions, coarsely grated beets, chopped bell peppers (optional Korean carrots) and mix separately in each bowl.

Toast the slices of bread and place with a fork, alternating the color of the fish mixture. Garnish the sandwich with a slice of tomato and a few green onion peels. Enjoy!!
