For the scramble

  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Spinach - 1 handful.
  • Green peas - 1 handful.
  • Green beans - 1 handful.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste, freshly ground)

For serving

  • Bread (I took bran bread, any bread) - 4 slices.
  • Hard cheese (whatever you like, optional)
  • Pine nuts (or seeds, optional)
  • Parsley

How to cook scrambled or scrambled eggs step by step with photos


Preparing everything we need for the scramble. I got a bunch of vegetables from last year's freeze: spinach, green beans, and green peas. I thawed them and dried them with a paper towel.

Pour olive oil into a saucepan, heat it up, and place the garlic clove, cut in half. I fried it for a minute to let it express its flavor in the oil, then took it out of the pan (I threw it away).

♪ Cracked the eggs into a dish ♪. ¶ Salted and peppered them to taste ¶. Stir with a fork.

I put the vegetables all at once and fried them a little (just a little) for 4-5 minutes.

Poured eggs on eggs and stirred constantly until softened. That's about a couple of minutes.

I'll serve the scrumble on toast. I toasted the slices of bran bread in a toaster. I put scrambled eggs and vegetables on top.

Take a beautiful plate and lay out the toast, too, beautifully decorated them. I sprinkled pine nuts on toasts, decorated with parsley leaves, added my favorite cheese!
