Ingredients for semolina sandwiches with ham:


  • Semolina (Mistral) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Ham - 2 slices.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Onion (purple) - to taste
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Mozzarella - 25 g
  • Greens - 1 twig.
  • Baton - 3 slices.
  • Vegetable oil - to taste

How to cook semolina and ham sandwiches step by step with photos


Finely chop the purple onion, ham, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.

Put everything in a bowl and add the egg.

Stir in the semolina. Stir in .

Add the herbs, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to let the semolina swell.

Spread the obtained mixture on a loaf or white bread. Fry in heated vegetable oil, stuffing side down over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn over and "brown" on the other side. Serve hot.
