  • Baguette - 1 piece
  • Cheese curd (TM Hochland) - 100 g
  • Greens - to taste
  • Shrimp - 6 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs

How to cook bruschetta with shrimp step by step with photos


You can adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your taste. Slice baguette and brown on both sides in a hot pan.

Let cool slightly and spread with cottage cheese.

Fold washed and dried greens on top. I used microgreens.

Peel and wash shrimp and fry quickly. You can use pre-cooked shrimp.

Place the shrimp on top of the greens, garnish with half of the cherry tomatoes. In no time at all, you have a spectacular appetizer!
