Shrimp in a diaper with zucchini squash

Like many people here - I love shrimp and I love zucchini. So I tried to combine these two products in one recipe. I made mini sandwiches for dacha and snacks. Try it!
Ingredients for Shrimp in a "diaper" with zucchini zucchini:

First let's do the zucchini. Cut into 8 thin slices, put them in a bowl and make a marinade of water, sauce, oil, vinegar and salt. Stir everything and leave in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. |

Cut toast into any shape you like, I had an oval cookie cutter, or you can just cut a slice of toast bread into four pieces. |

Lightly grease each slice "Blue Dragon sweet chili sauce" And place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power. (You could probably do the opposite - dry the bread first and then smear - but I haven't tried that). In this step, you have to be careful not to burn the toast!!! |

Defrost the shrimp, peel them. I had them already boiled. If raw, boil them. |

Wrap each shrimp in a slice of cheese, like a "a diaper envelope", Put them on a piece of bread and put back in the microwave for 1 minute or less, until the cheese begins to melt. |

Р.S. I suppose the toast, shrimp, and zucchini could also be grilled, but in the absence of the latter, I haven't tried it yet... But I think everything would taste much better and more flavorful on the grill! |
