Shrimp Toast

A Delicious and Unusual Snack!
Ingredients for Shrimp Toast:

Shrimp
(peeled (if about 350-400 in the shell))

Egg white

Salt
(to taste)

1/6 teaspoon

Bread
(toasted)

Dill
(optional)

1/4 bunch.

Soy sauce
(optional)

1 teaspoon

Lemon
(squeeze on cooked toast if desired)

Sesame

1 tablespoon

Vegetable oil

2 tablespoon
How to cook shrimp toast step by step with photos

Peel the shrimp. |

Shred the shrimp until smooth, add the egg white, pepper, salt, finely chopped dill, soy sauce and whisk again. |
|
Spread it on the bread in a 4 mm thick layer. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cut into triangles. If the toast bread is large, it may be cut in 4 pieces. |
|
Put the bread in a heated frying pan with a little oil, butt side down. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Then fry on the other side until golden. |

Serve hot, with lemon slices if desired!
