  • Mackerel (smoked) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Green onions - 1 bunch.
  • Parsley - 1/2 bunch.
  • Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon peel (half lemon)
  • Bread (rye) - to taste
  • Butter (for spreading)

How to cook smoked mackerel sandwiches step by step with photos

I had a small fish. We need to fillet it and cut into small cubes.

Dice an egg too.

Finely chop onion and parsley.

For the dressing mix the yogurt, lemon zest and soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Use lemon zest to your taste, you may want to add a bit more for a kick.

Now you have to mix everything. Cut the bread in any shape you like: squares, rhombuses, rectangles or even circles. Butter the bread with a very thin layer of oil (just to hold it together) and spread our mixture on the bread. You can decorate it with an egg slices and a parsley leaf.
