How to cook s'mores with cream cheese step by step with photos

What do we need for the s'mores?. Boil the eggs, making sure that the yolk is not overcooked. You don't have to use quail eggs. I cut two whole rings from a red onion. I combined water and wine vinegar, added sugar, stirred and put the onion rings to marinate while I prepare all the ingredients for the sourkraut. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. I'll use lightly salted salmon and herring. I'll make two slices with different fish. I use rye bread for the s'mores. I cut thick slices ~ 2 cm. |
Combine cream cheese and mustard. Toast the bread in a toaster. Cut the eggs in half. Finely chop the dill. |
Assemble the currants. I'll serve them on a wooden board. It's stylish. Spread generously on browned rye bread with cream cheese and mustard. Sprinkle with dill. |
Spread slices of fish on the spread. Lay sliced eggs. Spread beautifully onion rings, add grainy mustard. I'll put it on the eggs. Sprinkle with the rest of the dill. Done! |
♪ Eat it ♪. ♪ The usual way to get through ♪ "pyramid" of toppings is impossible, so we use a knife and fork to accompany the s'mores.
