Many people like the combination of cottage cheese and red fish. With a little bit of imagination, you can make these appetizing cakes - sandwiches for a friendly get-together with a glass of white wine. In my opinion, it is not a shame to serve them at a buffet table, as well as an appetizer for a festive table.

How to cook fish cakes and cream step by step with photos

Use a glass to cut out circles. к. I served round sandwiches. You can shape them however you like. I made the roses for the sandwiches out of the red fish, I had salmon. Chop the dill. |
|
For the cream, cut the fish into pieces, shred with an immersion blender. To the fish add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and chop everything together thoroughly. Let's taste the spread. You may need to add some salt, it depends on the saltiness of fish and cottage cheese. If you need, salt and pepper it according to your taste. The cream is ready. |
|
Now spatula/spoon the "barrel" of bread discs with the cream and roll them in chopped dill. Then using a culinary bag and whatever nozzle you like, spread the cream on the sandwich and garnish with a fish rose. Put it in the fridge for an hour or two. Add parsley leaves for nice colors and serve. Enjoy!! |
