Ingredients for the snack crackers:


  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Cracker (salted) - 20 units
  • Crab Sticks - 200 g
  • Basil (leaves) - 5 pcs

How to cook crackers step by step with photos


Peel the avocado from the pit and cut the edible flesh into slices. A picture of the whole avocado, I forgot to take a picture-)

Cut the crab sticks in large pieces too.

In a bowl put the avocado slices, crab sticks and 4-5 basil leaves.

Use a blender to blend together and place on top of the salted crackers using a piping bag.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and put them in the center.
