Snack onion and egg sandwiches

A very simple budget recipe for tasty sandwiches. These sandwiches are a great variety of both casual and special menu.
Ingredients for onion and egg sandwiches:

How to cook onion and egg sandwiches step by step with photos

Boil the eggs.
Finely chop onion and dill. |

Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. |
|
Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. |
|
In a bowl combine eggs, dill, onion, mayonnaise and salt to taste. |

Cut half of baguette into 7 slices. |
|
Grill the baguette slices on both sides in a dry pan. |
|
Halve the garlic cloves, mesh the slices to make the garlic juice. Rub garlic on toasted slices of baguette on all sides. |
|
Cut cucumber into slices. |
|
Put stuffing on baguette slices and cucumber on top.
