Ingredients for onion and egg sandwiches:


  • Baguette - 0.5 units
  • Chicken Egg (Boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Onion (Small) - 1 pc
  • Dill - 3 sprigs.
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • vegetable oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salted cucumber - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook onion and egg sandwiches step by step with photos


Boil the eggs. Finely chop onion and dill.

Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.

In a bowl combine eggs, dill, onion, mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Cut half of baguette into 7 slices.

Grill the baguette slices on both sides in a dry pan.

Halve the garlic cloves, mesh the slices to make the garlic juice. Rub garlic on toasted slices of baguette on all sides.

Cut cucumber into slices.

Put stuffing on baguette slices and cucumber on top. Enjoy these delicious sandwiches!
