  • Chicken egg - 6 units
  • Ham (sausage) - 120 g
  • Cucumber (pickled) - 3 pcs
  • Butter - 90 g
  • Milk - 3 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Greens (dill)

How to cook buns "snack rolls" step by step with photos


Prepare the products.

Cut the muffins horizontally in half, take out the crumb. Brush the hollows with butter and drizzle with milk.

Dice up the sausage (ham) and cucumber, dress with mayonnaise and stir together.

Spread stuffing into bun halves, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Spread eggs on top. Bake the buns in the oven at 200 degrees until the egg white thickens. Bon appetit!
