Ingredients for snack sandwiches:


  • Champignons - 1 pc
  • Onions - 0,5 pcs
  • Ham - 100 g
  • Greens - 1 bunch.
  • Cucumber - 0.5 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 50 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Sunflower oil
  • Spices (to taste)
  • Bread (black) - 2 slices.
  • Black olives (pitted - for decoration) - 2 pcs

How to cook appetizer sandwiches step by step with photos


Finely chop mushrooms, onion, ham, fry gently in oil.

Add herbs, shredded cucumbers, crushed 2 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise and spices to taste.

Fresh bread (or toasted in a toaster and rubbed with garlic) cut each slice into 4 pieces and place the cooked mixture on them, garnish with herbs and olives. Bon appetit for you!!!
