If the puff pastry is frozen, defrost in advance. Unwrap the puff pastry roll and cut out the triangles. |

Bake the puff pastry in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender. |

Grate melted and hard cheese on a fine grater.

Then grate the eggs and smoked cheese.

Place the grated ingredients in the blender bowl.
Add mustard and mayonnaise to the blender. The consistency of the pate should be quite thick, so add the mayonnaise gradually.
