  • Bread (for toast) - 6 slices.
  • Broth (any kind: chicken, meat, vegetable, etc.).д.) - 400 ml
  • Gelatin - 20 g
  • Mayonnaise (light) - 3 tablespoon
  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 100 g
  • Red caviar ( salmon ) - 1 tablepoon
  • Black caviar (capelin) - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg ( boiled) - 1 pc
  • Cheese curd (Philadelphia) - 1 tablepoon
  • Green olives (pitted, can be stuffed) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Capers (pickled) - 1 tablepoon
  • Cucumber (pickled, gherkin) - 1 pc
  • Greens (any, for decoration)
  • Sweet paprika (ground) - 1/2 teaspoon

We strain the hot broth to make it as clear as possible, dissolve the gelatin in it, and let it cool. I advise you to take twice as much gelatin as the instructions on the package say. We need a very tight jelly.

Once the broth begins to thicken a bit, you can start making sandwiches. Put a little mayonnaise on each slice of bread, and then use your imagination and decorate each sandwich according to your taste. Here are a few variants.

Salmon, capers, "Philadelphia" cheese, greens. * Important note: making a sandwich, make it symmetric on the diagonal, and leave the diagonal free, as it is on it we will later cut each sandwich.
